What we collect

• Booking info — name, phone, email, service address, haul description, date selections.
• Payment info — card details are tokenized and processed by Square; we never see your full card number.
• Driver's license photo — stored encrypted, deleted 90 days after rental pickup. Used solely for identity and address verification.
• Site analytics — anonymized page views via privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party trackers.

How we use it

To deliver and pick up your rental, process payment, send you booking confirmations, and contact you about your rental. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

• Square (payments)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Google (Distance Matrix for service-area validation; Places autocomplete)
• Cloudflare (hosting, R2 file storage, D1 database)

Your rights

Email bookings@wasterescuekc.com to access, correct, or delete your information. We respond within 30 days.
